To better ensure quality events, an ATTENDANCE CAP has been put in place for all 2004 NERO Neridia events.  Each weekend event will be limited to 75 PCs on a first come, first served pre-registration policy.  You will not be considered preregistered for the event until payment has been received.  If we are filled up, you may contact us at neroneridia@aol.com to have us place you on a waiting list or you can volunteer to NPC for us.  There is no charge for NPCs to attend the weekend.  

If you reserve a spot and pay for an event but fail to attend without notifying us by at least the Wednesday (no later than 8 p.m.) before, no refunds will be issued nor will we be able to give you a credit for a future event.

If you reserve a spot without prepaying and fail to attend without giving us adequate notice (Wednesday prior to event, before 8 p.m.), you will not be permitted to reserve a spot at a future event without prepaying.

The minimum age to play the Neridia campaign is 16 years of age.  Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian accompany them to check-in in order to sign a legal release and medical information form.

Membership Cost:  $30 includes accident insurance

New Membership Cost:  $40 includes accident insurance and the current edition of the NERO International rulebook.          

Weekend Event Costs

$60 -- preregister and prepay via PayPal or check/money order received by us at least 7 business days prior to the event.

$70 -- preregister and pay at the door in cash or check.  Credit cards cannot be accepted at the door.

$80 -- pay at the door if space is available.
